OLD: Jackie Pitchball

me, having a cuphead oc? it's more likely than you think! (yes i know this is an older picture but better late than never.. right?)

yep, this is my fan boss, jackie pitchball (just try to guess her theme)

so im just going to go into a small explanation for her:

Jackie is located on inkwell isle 2
Jackie has the standard 3 phases, her first phase she looks much like she does in this picture here, her first few attacks are the following:
-she throws a ball into the air, this is the grace period when you would need to recognize an attack is coming, she then its the ball hard as it goes down flaming, it will first bounce according to where the player is and then keep bouncing until it is off the screen. in the beginning, it would just be one ball at a time, but later on in the first stage she may do two or three
-her second attack is one similar to cagney carnation, in where she throws her bat in the location the player is currently in, and then it will fly back to her, but unlike cagneys attack, it will stay in the same place in the screen when it comes back
-This next attack is more of a stun attack, in which jackie will spit out a piece of gum she is chewing, and will aim it at a player (ew gross i know) the player is supposed to key smash until they are free of the gum, but you may also parry the pieces of gum and avoid getting stuck

From phase one to phase two, jackie will have a transition of getting steamed up and doing a one time attack where she slides across the screen, behind her would be following a trail of fire, she would then be off screen for a second, but come back with the ends of her braids and her irises both on fire. But even if shes mad, shes still got that stupid shit eating grin on her face, and now she also has two bats. her attacks for phase two are the following:
-Like in phase one, she will throw her bat at the player, but this time, rather than detecting where the player is, she will first throw it at the ground and it will keep flying up and hitting the ground in a zig zag motion across the screen, then back again into her hand, again in the first part of this phase it will only be her one bat, but in a second part it will include both bats she would have. this also, like the next attack, will show her aggression getting to her as before she was calculating with her moves as she would attack the cups, now shes just full on attacking with no direction)
-She has a new ball attack where she will spin both her bats and balls would fly out from them, similar to the one attack from ribby and croaks, except this time it takes up the whole screen, with more balls in it, but have the balls be much smaller to jump through. there are chances where a ball is pink for you to parry
-A third attack she has is she will throw a bigger baseball (about 1/3 the size of the screen) across the screen, that has a flame following it as it is flying. if you hit the ball or the flame it will hurt you
-A fourth attack is when rather than spit her gum out (still gross) she will just directly spit at you, this is the only attack from this phase where it is explicitly targeting the player.

From phase two to three, jackie will be doing her bat move at the player, but this time instead of coming back to her hand, it will hit her head and her head will fly off (home run) in easy mode this is where the round would end. but in regular and expert mode, her body would then stumble off screen as a giant flaming base ball would descend down from the top, surprise its jackie. when she comes back she would just appear as a giant base ball with a face (so no hat or hair on her) and engulfed in flames. you can run past her and not get hit in this phase only, unless in the times of a certain attack that will be listed below:
-jackie will engulf her self in flames that will take up the whole screen, except the bottom of it, in which the player will duck. the idle animation is when she puffs her cheeks up and her nose starts to glow
-She will also have an attack where she emit pure balls of flame from her eyes and shoot them in two ways: either going in opposite directions, making loops or both targeting where the player may be

once defeated, jackie will fall to the ground, both her eyes having X's in them, and she will be rolling back and forth.

i do have her quotes for when she defeats the player in each phase, but i lost them currently (rip)
I also need to think of a name for her fight and a motivation for why she would sell her soul to the devil, so if you have any suggestions feel free to shoot!
